[suche] FLASH mit CFI 64Mb

Hallo,
Titel sagt eigentlich schon alles,
Suche einen Flashspeicher mit
CFI Interface
64MB
Möglichst nicht BGA
Zugriffszeit < 200ns
(3,3V)geht zur Not auch anders

Danke schon mal.
(Finde nichts mit CFI, der Rest ist jetzt ja nicht so speziell)
